Adi Fainer's design collection

Sampling Adi Fainer's new J Collection of high-end homeware feels like gazing into the psychedelic, fantasy dream sequence of middle-eastern royalty. The collection's gold and silver candle holders, mezuzahs, bowls, and plates are molded after mythical storybook subjects, representing doves, fruits, flowers and lions.

The ends and edges of the single-solid and dual-color designs seem to flow in motion, continue to curve and extend to no end, or run themselves in circles, as if submitting to the course nature chose. Consistencies in design clearly adhere to themes of harmony and continuance. The names Fainer labels his creations, such as "Come Fly With Me" and "Flaming" lions, are just as dreamy and imaginative.

Fainer, an award-winning Israel-based and Italian-educated designer, has made the J Collection availalble only through his website and selected outlets. Each individual piece of the collection is available in silver or gold and in a expressive shiny or subtle matte finish to best match surrounding decor.
