Architectural Approach
To avoid an excessive use of air conditioning or ventilation obsolete, glazed walls were preferred to vertical traditional concrete or a wooden frame. Allowing circulation of air and the wind in the villa, they also allow for 360° view on the outside and its amazing landscapes. Incorporating brushed aluminum and walnut panels, this villa offers a sleek design and innovative framework using the mountain as a support while adapting to her curves.
Just an amazing view
Nettleton House offers various spaces combining both, relaxing, comfortable life, well-being and pleasure. With an atypique and artful arragement of the suites (on floors 2, 3, 4 et 7), each level can be used independently with a lift. In addition to the Spa and ocean views, an elevator provides access to all places in few seconds.
The house hides the fifth floor amazing wine cellar and libary, both arranged in two pavilions illuminated with a blue recalling the ocean.
A pool overlooking the ocean !
With a succession of surprises, we note the pool on the sixth floor. Overlooking the ocean, the pool offers spectacular scenery. Who has never dreamed of lounging on a sofa in imposing a sunset?
